Our state-of-the-art quality-assurance laboratory is a true unique selling point. Here we test products not just by random sampling but systematically, realistically, and down to the last detail. At the heart of the lab is a cutting-edge KUKA KR125/2 test robot. It simulates real-world operating conditions and precisely analyzes all critical quality factors: cutting speed, noise generation, and wear. Each batch is compared with the prototype to ensure that only tools with consistently high performance reach your hands.
External Testing for Maximum Safety
Independence and multi-stage testing procedures are vital to us. In addition to our internal tests, neutral materials-testing institutes regularly inspect our diamond tools, focusing on compliance with the safety parameters of EN 13236. The results repeatedly confirm that our tools not only deliver top performance—they do so with maximum safety.
