By switching to UV printing, DIEWE has reduced its consumption of paint thinners by more than 93 per cent. Thanks to lower VOC emissions (“volatile organic compounds”), our customers benefit from products that are marked using a more resource-efficient process, requiring significantly less paint, solvents and coating materials during production.
Energy-Efficient Processing
In UV printing, the applied ink is cured immediately. This significantly reduces or completely eliminates long drying times as well as energy-intensive heating and cooling phases. Our ink is GREENGUARD Gold certified, confirming that it meets stringent standards for low chemical emissions. The result is a modern, precise and professional product appearance that reflects the high quality standards of DIEWE diamond tools.
All Essential Information Directly on the Tool
Product information, safety instructions, EAN codes and QR codes are printed directly onto the tool. This makes products easier and faster to identify while largely eliminating the need for adhesives and additional label materials.
